Job Description

Dassault Falcon Jet is responsible for selling and supporting Falcon business jets throughout the world. It is part of Dassault Aviation, a leading aerospace company with a presence in over 70 countries across 5 continents.  We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Communications Assistant in our U.S. headquarters at Teterboro Airport, NJ.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Siebel database administration and maintenance of all customer contacts (including operators, partners/vendors and Authorized Service Centers) as well as Western Hemisphere customer service employees
  • Create and maintain all department's mailing, distribution and invitation lists
  • Assist in producing accurate data for Worldwide Operator Directory
  • Administrative tasks associated with meetings and seminars including creating seminar registration reports, preparing badges and assembling kits which include presentation materials and handouts
  • Create, coordinate and maintain multi-departmental Customer Service Events Calendar in Outlook
  • Occasional proofreading of customer service publications and media

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum two years of professional work experience desirable but will consider recent college graduates who are interested in Customer Service Communications within the business aviation industry
  • Ideal candidate has knowledge of working with Siebel database
  • Experiencing updating and maintaining contacts in a database
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ideal candidate is positive, has a can-do attitude and is eager to learn
  • Receptivity to taking on new tasks and projects
  • CVENT software knowledge is a plus
  • French language skills and knowledge of business aviation industry are a plus
