CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Siebel database administration and maintenance of all customer contacts (including operators, partners/vendors and Authorized Service Centers) as well as Western Hemisphere customer service employees
- Create and maintain all department's mailing, distribution and invitation lists
- Assist in producing accurate data for Worldwide Operator Directory
- Administrative tasks associated with meetings and seminars including creating seminar registration reports, preparing badges and assembling kits which include presentation materials and handouts
- Create, coordinate and maintain multi-departmental Customer Service Events Calendar in Outlook
- Occasional proofreading of customer service publications and media
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum two years of professional work experience desirable but will consider recent college graduates who are interested in Customer Service Communications within the business aviation industry
- Ideal candidate has knowledge of working with Siebel database
- Experiencing updating and maintaining contacts in a database
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ideal candidate is positive, has a can-do attitude and is eager to learn
- Receptivity to taking on new tasks and projects
- CVENT software knowledge is a plus
- French language skills and knowledge of business aviation industry are a plus
