The Role:
The Lear 45 Pilot is responsible for safe, precise, and professional Part 135 operations while representing a premium brand. This position demands sound judgment, operational excellence, and a service mindset that exceeds expectations.

Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
Execute Part 135 charter operations with precision and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning and risk assessment
Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
Deliver premium-level client service throughout each mission
Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and crew
Manage domestic and international logistics seamlessly
Ensure aircraft readiness, presentation, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications:
ATP Certificate
2,000+ hours total time
1,500+ hours multi-engine time
Turbine experience required
Strong Part 135 knowledge and regulatory discipline
Excellent CRM and decision-making capability
Valid passport with no travel restrictions
Preferred:
Learjet type rating
Charter experience
Strong EFB and scheduling platform proficiency
Client-facing professionalism
