Company Overview
Associated Aircraft Group, Inc., (AAG), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and its parent company, United Technologies Corporation. AAG offers helicopter services in the Northeast, and is known as the nation’s leading helicopter management, maintenance and charter operator. AAG maintains the highest FAA rating for each of its services.
AAG has operated out of the metropolitan New York area for over 15 years, providing corporations and individuals with the highest level of helicopter services in the industry. AAG currently operates nine Sikorsky S-76 helicopters under FAA Part 135, with 70% of their flights arriving or departing from a New York City heliport. AAG’s headquarters are located in Danbury, Connecticut while flight operations are conducted out of Dutchess County Airport, New York (KPOU).
AAG provides comprehensive aircraft management, including flight crews, maintenance, AIS-based scheduling, charter and hangar facilities. AAG operates a 45,000-gallon fuel farm, provides hangar space on a daily and monthly basis and provides 24-hour line crew services.
AAG is a FAA Part 145 Repair Station with a full time maintenance staff experienced in maintenance and repair, engine & airframe maintenance, in depth inspections, and troubleshooting. AAG owns more than 55,000 square feet of hangar and office space, assuring quality control and timely attention to the maintenance of our company owned and managed aircraft.
