REACH Medical Holdings seeks a skilled Helicopter Pilot to support critical care air medical transport across California and the Western U.S. In this role, you will conduct safe, efficient emergency and interfacility flights, performing thorough pre-flight planning, weather evaluation, and aircraft inspections. You’ll collaborate closely with medical crews, dispatch, and ground partners, executing precise operations in varied terrain and conditions. Safely operate air medical helicopters for emergency and interfacility transports
Conduct pre-flight planning, weather checks, and aircraft inspections
Coordinate with medical crew, dispatch, and ground teams for rapid response
Maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations and REACH safety protocols
Execute precise landings and takeoffs in diverse and challenging environments
Complete flight logs, reports, and documentation accurately and timely
Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and safety drills
Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care
Helicopter flight operations
IFR/VFR navigation

Aviation weather interpretation
Airspace and FAA regulation knowledge
