REACH Medical Holdings seeks a skilled Helicopter Pilot to support critical care air medical transport across California and the Western U.S. In this mission-driven role, you will fly emergency and interfacility routes, ensuring safe, timely transport for critically ill and injured patients. You’ll work closely with medical crews and dispatch, perform thorough pre- and post-flight checks, and operate under strict FAA and company safety standards. Operate air medical helicopters for emergency and interfacility transports
Ensure strict adherence to FAA, company, and safety regulations
Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections and documentation
Collaborate with flight nurses, paramedics, and communication centers
Maintain readiness for rapid response, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and safety drills
Communicate effectively with hospitals, EMS, and public safety agencies
Support mission debriefs, incident reviews, and continuous improvement efforts

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
