REACH Medical Holdings seeks a Helicopter Pilot to support critical care air medical transport across California and the Western U.S. You will safely operate helicopters for emergency and interfacility missions, partnering with clinical teams, hospitals, EMS, and public safety agencies. This safety-driven, mission-focused role involves complex terrain and weather flying, strict adherence to FAA and company standards, and continuous training. Safely operate helicopters for emergency and interfacility medical transport missions
Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft safety and readiness
Coordinate closely with medical crew, dispatch, and ground teams to plan and execute missions
Navigate in varying weather, terrain, and night conditions using advanced avionics and instruments
Comply with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety management systems at all times
Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and safety drills to maintain proficiency
Maintain accurate flight, maintenance, and regulatory documentation
Support community partners including hospitals, EMS, and public safety agencies
Assist with base operations, briefings, and debriefings to improve team performance
Demonstrate professionalism, judgment, and calm decision-making under pressure

Instrument Helicopter (IFR) rating preferred or required per program
Minimum 2,000 helicopter flight hours with relevant EMS or utility experience
Current FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airspace
Night/IFR and terrain flying experience in diverse environments
Clean safety and accident/incident record
Ability to pass company training, proficiency checks, and background screenings
